Peggy K came up with this healthy shamrock smoothie in honor of St. Patrick’s Day, and we’re super thankful she did. After all, St. Paddy’s wouldn’t be complete without a green brew or two. Hangovers not included.
- 1 full avocado
- 1 tsp mint extract or 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- 1 Tbsp coconut nectar
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 scoop French Vanilla Vega One Nutritional Shake
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
