First take a good hard look at what you want to be and where you want to go.

Visit someplace you never would have dreamed of. Make a list of those places.
Read books that push your boundaries. It’s okay to take small steps on this one, but reading is one of the best things you can do for your brain. Maybe you just commit to turn off the TV off and read something new,
