Gratefulness is an everyday action.

  1. Gratitude happens in quiet pauses and moments, not when you have a giant to-do list Make gratitude a daily habit. Every day, jot down 10 great things that happened to you or that you are grateful for. Keeping your focus on the positive will really make a difference. Don’t wait until Thanksgiving to reflect.
  2. Gratefulness is best displayed with others. Become involved in a cause that is important to you. As you become aware of other people who are less fortunate than you, you will start to feel a deeper appreciation for what you do have. Cultivate appreciation for others and let them know regularly that you are grateful for them and for what they do for you

Life is a wonderful adventure filled with enriching experiences and endless possibilities. Gratitude strengthens relationships, improves health, reduces stress, and, in general, makes us happier.Gratitude requires humility, which the dictionary defines as being “modest and respectful.”
