
Stretching your limitations requires personal growth and development. You become a better person when you try something new.
First take a good hard look at what you want to be and where you want to go.
Personal growth requires heaving lifting, but are you staying in the same old routine? Or maybe you prefer a lighter load and avoiding heavy lifting altogether. If you want to grow, you will have to do some intense resistance training, which means you will have to lift more than you can bear right now.
Some of this will be by choice and some of this will not be welcome at all.
Try tackling a creative task late at night, and vice versa for you night owls. You’ll discover that this stress on your brain—asking it to work hard at a time when you usually don’t—can yield surprisingly good results.Visit someplace you never would have dreamed of. Make a list of those places.
Read books that push your boundaries. It’s okay to take small steps on this one, but reading is one of the best things you can do for your brain. Maybe you just commit to turn off the TV off and read something new,
