SiriusXM to Broadcast Special Holiday Programming

During the 2018 holiday season, SiriusXM will broadcast special Christmas programming including Masses from around the world and Christian holiday specials beginning on Friday, December 21 through Wednesday, December 26 on SiriusXM’s Joel Osteen Radio and The Billy Graham Channel and The Catholic channel.

The special programming will also include inspiring messages from leading religious leaders, Christmas concerts from churches around the United States, and a special rendition of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, read by staff and hosts of The Catholic Channel including Cardinal Dolan.

 

In addition, SiriusXM listeners will hear:

 

Joel Osteen’s ‘Thrill of Hope’ on Joel Osteen Radio (Ch. 128)

Joel Osteen and his wife, Victoria, invite listeners in to Lakewood Church to experience a special Christmas message from author Max Lucado.  Plus, Christian holiday music to liven up the special day.

  • Tuesday, December 25 at 9am and 5pm ET

 

  • Pope Francis’ Christmas Eve Midnight Mass From the Vatican & Cardinal Timothy Dolan’s Midnight Mass from Saint Patrick’s Cathedral on The Catholic Channel (Ch. 129)

Celebrate Midnight Mass with services heard from around the world, including Christmas Eve Mass led by Pope Francis from Saint Peter’s Basilica in Rome and Cardinal Timothy Dolan’s service from Saint Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City.

Tuesday, December 25: Christmas Day

  • Midnight Mass from Our Lady of Angels in Los Angeles led by Archbishop Jose H. Gomez, 3:00 am to 5:00 am ET
  • Chorale Prelude and Midnight Mass from the Basilica of the National Shrine of The Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C., 6:00 am to 7:30 am ET
  • Christmas Mass from St. Patrick’s Cathedral with Cardinal Dolan, 10:15 am to 12:00 pm ET
  • Christmas Mass from the Basilica of the National Shrine of The Immaculate Conception, 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm ET

 

Cardinal Dolan’s Christmas Special on The Catholic Channel (Ch. 129)

Cardinal Dolan’s annual Christmas special, co-hosted by Father Dave Dwyer, features singer and American Idol star David Archuleta, the Park Slope Four barbershop quartet led by comedian and Fox News Talk host Tom Shillue and shopping expert Katie Linendoll with a holiday gift guide especially for Catholics.

Billy Graham holiday specials on The Billy Graham Channel (Ch. 460)

SiriusXM listeners can celebrate Christmas with a special broadcast remembering the ways Billy Graham, his family and his ministry partners celebrated Christmas through the years.  Listeners will enjoy messages, music, memories, and greetings celebrating the special holiday.

 

Saturday, December 22, 12:00 pm ET

The will also air Billy Graham’s “First Christmas Night,” which features Graham and his wife, Ruth, reading from the Gospel of Luke.

Monday, December 24 every hour beginning at 4:00 pm ET into Christmas Day
