The definition seems daunting when you first glance at it. It is fact is something we should set for ourselves. We live i a society that says everything is permissible. Much of what happens is a result of permissive parenting.
You need to understand what is good and great. You need to direct your attention to to what you consider acceptable and unacceptable in your life. When thinking about what your standard are remember they (should) determine your priorities, and, deep down, they’re probably the measures you use to tell if your life is turning out the way you want it to.
When the things that you do and the way you behave match your values, life is usually good – you’re satisfied and content. But when these don’t align with your personal values, that’s when things feel… wrong.

1- Are you ashamed of what you did?
2-Would you do it again?
3- How did it affect you?
The answers determine what you consider acceptable in life. Keep to it. Apply it to a place that makes sense to you.
