glasses-1149982_960_720Encouragement. It sounds like such like a soft word that means a whole lot.

Encouragement is powerful. Encouragement is a form of motivation.Motivation doesn’t depend on circumstances. To be encouraging, you must believe two things to be true. One, the person is not trying hard enough, which is probably not something the person wants to hear; and two, if the person tried, he or she could do great things, which is good.

The word is defined as follows:

Encouragement is defined as an expression of support or approval, or is words or actions that assist or inspire someone or something.

Words have been endowed with the capacity to change lives, to bring arresting transformation. They have the curious and uncanny power to make living things die. When you show that you care, tell others that you believe in them, talk positively about them to others, trust them with important things, and help them succeed, you encourage them to believe in themselves and accomplish more than they thought possible.
