Monday Morning Meditation: Take It One Step At a Time

We  live in a fast paced world.

These days  we life  experience by trial and error, of detours and distractions, to try out and to gain experiences, to eventually find out what truly  works, interests you,  develops different interests.

Very little credit is given to doing things one step at a time. Literally schedule time to take a look at a project or issue. If you sit down and  walk through it you can see a path. I know that sounds silly. If you start a plan you can think about the choices that you make and whether they were rapid responses or immediate reactions.

Today start with something small. Slow down and take breath. You can’t do it all at one time. Take it one step at a time.
