Pure Flix’s “A Question of Faith” Shatters Premiere Records

The Atlanta premiere for “A Question of Faith” held September 25th at Atlantic Station’s Regal theater set a new record high for film premiere attendance at the venue with 2,975 in attendance, simultaneously filling 16 theaters.

A red carpet packed with nearly 30 national and local media outlets captured interviews at the star-studded event with cast and crew including producer Angela White of Silver Lining Entertainment, stars Kim FieldsGreg Alan WilliamsT.C. StallingsDonna BiscoeAmber Nelon ThompsonKaren Valero, and others.

One local pastor, Bishop Donald Battle of Divine Faith Ministries, became so captivated by the film after he bused people in from his Atlanta congregation to support the launch.

“After seeing a preview of ‘A Question of Faith’ at The Capitol in Washington, D.C., I determined this film is one of the most significant and important movies for the Church to see,” said Battle. “Consequently, I chartered 8 of our church coach buses and brought 500 members with me. The remainder of our congregation will see the movie on opening weekend in the multiple theaters we’ve purchased to support the vital message of the film.”

Support for the film, particularly from churches, has been staggering, according to White, who has been previewing the movie for audiences for months, canvassing more than 30 cities nationwide.

“God never ceases to amaze me on how he will go beyond our wildest imagination.  The Atlanta premiere was the power of God on full display,” said White.”To have 3,000 people all in one movie theater watching God’s work on 16 screens is the most powerful ministry that I have personally been apart of.  ‘A Question of Faith’ is a transformative movie that touches and impacts everyone to the root of their soul.  I feel honored to be part of such a magical film that will touch so many lives.”

“A Question of Faith” features a moving storyline involving three families from different cultures, who live in the same community; they are complete strangers living vastly separate lives until a texting and driving accident thrusts them onto converging paths where they discover God’s love, forgiveness, grace and mercy.

“God’s power is glorified in this film in a way I’ve personally not seen before,” said White. “Audiences will find themselves cheering, singing, crying and praising God when they watch this film.”

The accomplished cast includes Richard T. Jones (“Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married,” “Judging Amy”), Kim Fields (“Facts of Life”), C. Thomas Howell (“The Amazing Spiderman,” “E.T.”), Gregory Alan Williams (“Greenleaf,” “All Saints”), Jaci Velasquez (“I’m Not Ashamed,” Platinum Christian Recording Artist), and T.C. Stallings (“War Room,” “Courageous”).
