Well-loved music duo Averie and Jesse, famous for their duet “Wouldn’t Be Christmas,” haven’t played together since they went their separate ways years ago. Averie gave up music and opened a beautiful lodge in a snowy Vermont town – while Jesse still tours, struggling to find the same kind of success they had as a duo. When fate brings them together over the holidays at Averie’s lodge just in time for the annual Yuletide Festival, can the magic of Christmas help reunite them once again? They are going to rule the chilly evenings with these great new movies.

Is this a big deal? Hallmark Channel’s highly-anticipated 10th Annual “Countdown to Christmas”, viewers tuned in en masse to the network’s annual Christmas in July programming event for an early dose of holiday cheer.

Demonstrating that the draw of Hallmark Channel’s signature yuletide content extends beyond Fourth Quarter, this year’s two-week summertime holiday franchise “Christmas Keepsake” elevated the network to become the highest-rated on cable in both Total Day and Prime Time[1] throughout the second two weeks of July. In addition, the event resulted in Hallmark Channel ranking as the #2-rated in Primetime for the entire month.

So here is proof in the pudding.  This year we should absolutely trounce last year’s ratings

On October 19 they will give us a preview of the upcoming  movies for the season  with a one-hour special hosted by Candace Cameron Bure. The special  offers viewers one last sneak peek at the original holiday movies premiering during the 10th anniversary of Countdown to Christmas. Larissa Wohl, “Home & Family’s” pet adoption expert, stops by with adorable, adoptable dogs to help warm your holiday home.

Tune in at 10pm of October 19 to get a look at our favorite time of year.
