  1. Write a daily note to yourself about what you are thankful for. Store them away and review them at the end of the month. You will have 30 new things to be grateful for. 
  2. Take time for mental breaks. Give yourself moments of positive reflection to reinforce the value you bring in life and in your workplace. 
  3. Reward yourself. Been working harder than usual? Gift yourself with that outfit you’ve had in your online cart for weeks now! You deserve it! 
  4. Take a day off. When you are on a roll and confidence is high you may way to keep

We often hear the statement that before we can love another we first need to love ourselves. Gratitude helps us to recognize more of our own inner beauty, skills, talents, achievements, and how we are able to use these to give to others and the world
